Create something new: You drive AI technology development for industrial applications.
Take responsibility: You lead a group of post-doc level Machine Learning scientists and PhD students in an industrial AI research environment and participate actively in the definition and development of the Bosch AI research strategy.

Experience and Knowledge: Machine Learning algorithms and principles, profound experience in development and implementation of state-of-the-art Machine Learning technologies
Qualifications: proven leadership skills, e.g. academic group-leader or industry leadership experience, excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels and to different target audience
Enthusiasm: motivated to work in and lead an interdisciplinary as well as international team
Languages: very good in English (written and spoken)
Education: PhD and preferably post-doc in Machine Learning (preferably Bayesian Machine Learning) with excellent publication record
