Job Description

- Overall in-charge of office administration at the Zonal office locations Mumbai and Ahmedabad in line with laid

  down procedures and guidelines of Bosch

- Statutory Compliances – Ensuring all statutory compliances viz.Shops & Establishment, CLRA,etc. are

  maintained and adhered to at the zonal office

- Indirect Purchasing: Co-ordinating indirect purchasing activity for the Zonal offices

- Monitoring Procedures – Conduction of the applicable monitoring procedures at the Zonal offices

- Office house-keeping and maintenance – Ensuring general hygiene and upkeep of offices. Co-ordinating

  renovation activities with concerned departments

- Travel management – Supporting the zonal office associates and visiting managers with hotel/taxi

  arrangements as per defined policies. Organising local events/ seminars as per the requirement

- Fixed asset management – Procurement and upkeep of all office assets, incl. maintenance of contracts and

   write-off of old assets

- HSE management and co-ordination for the Zone – Periodic safety checks and conduction of mock drills in

  co-ordination with corporate safety team

- Site Security management for the Zone  - Establishing the site security concept and ensuring safety and

  security of Bosch associates while at work

- Canteen services management – maintenance and day to day running of the canteen set-up in the zonal

  office

- VIP Protocol activities – Time to time supporting the corporate departments during Senior Management visits

   to the zonal office and supporting with events and meets as required

Qualifications

- Graduation

- 5 to 9 years’ experience in handling office administrative activities

- Hands on experience in office management and employee engagement

- Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc.

- Very good communication in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)

- Positive attitude with dedication, commitment  & integrity

- Self motivated and passion to work for and with people

- Willingness for extensive travel
