Job Description

- Implement service concepts for various products viz., Diesel, Electrical, Gasoline system, workshop

 equipment & evolving new technology products / services

- Technical Service competence development & dealers’ service Quality standards

- Revenue generation through Services

- Customer satisfaction enhancement

- Competitor benchmarking

- Sales / Marketing programme support

- Technical service support to Defence, Railways, STUs and other Institutional customers business

- Work experience with OEM / OE dealerships


- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics)

- 8 to 9 years work experience in Automobile service Industry

- Knowledge on Vehicle systems mainly electrical/electronics / diagnostics

- Good analytical skills / Problem solving

- Service workshop process knowledge

- Willingness to extensive travel
