The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
The products of the divisions Powertrain Solutions (PS) and Electrical Drives (ED) increase the efficiency of combustion engines, hybrid and electric cars. The electric motors not only power the wheels but also components like wiper systems, electric power steering or window lifters. The innovative dashboards from the Car Multimedia (CM) division provide an interactive interface between the driver and the car. These systems are developed in close cooperation of software, hardware and mechanical engineers providing challenges for people of all technical fields.
Your contribution to something big:
► You are working on e-Axle, an innovative future product from Bosch
► Responsible for the system layout and dimensioning
► main contact person for customer technical system requests
► customer requirements and break down to components
► system requirements controlling according sample status
► coordination customer interfaces
► Risk assessment of special releases
► Responsible for TCD (technical customer document) in the project
Scope of work:
► core member of project team
► asking/provide base-requirements for e-Axle from customer
► complete open requirements with technical competence
► propose optimum system solutions, assess this with the team and bring these about a decision
► coordination of subcomponents during the dimensioning phase
► Definition and approval of functional measurement (in the team with test responsible)
► Support of special system measurements
► Requirements sheet incl. customer technical profile
► Implementation of requirements in DOORS (support through requirements engineer)
► Confirmation of requirements in DOORS (ASPICE)
► develop system concepts, assessment, introduction
What distinguishes you:
► Completed studies in the field od mechatronics or electrical or power engineering
► Cause-effect relations of e-Axle
► Basic knowledge vehicle requirements
► Technical knowledge of the e-Axle and of the Design Kit
► Tool knowledge (DOORS, Office-applications, SuperOPL, …)
► Basic knowledge of system topics NVH, EMC, FuSi
► Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly and cost effective system solutions
► Teamwork, cooperation, communication skills
► Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems
► Knowledge about testing concepts, testing strategies, statistics
