1. Support supply chain master planer for planning execution in daily work.
2. Communication with external logistics service provider (e.g. forwarder, external warehouse nearby customer) and production department.

3. Tracking of manufacturing order execution status, stock available for shipping, inventory status in the pipeline towards customer and external warehouse nearby customer.

4. Delivery fulfillment risk monitoring and escalation.

5. Stock / inventory management within given targets.

6. Balance the supply chain in a healthy situation consider Quality, Cost and Delivery.

7. IT-based planning, SAP master data maintenance.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business or technical related.
2. Above 1 year working experience. Experience in automotive industry and supply chain area is preferred.

3. ERP system knowledge e.g. SAP, MS office (Excel, PPT, Word, Project…)

4. EDI system knowhow. Inventory management tools.

5. Good communication skill and fluent in English.
