Job Description

- Forecasting /demand planning

- Inventory management / stock structure 

- Customer complaints and queries handling

- Customer order management / invoicing

- Customer service level monitoring

- Telemarketing / customer visits

- Promotional schemes settlement

- Credit limits management

- Managing Internal Audits

- Reporting / analysis of inventory and sales

Qualifications

- MBA/Post graduation

- B.E (Mech/Auto) --> not mandatory

- Experience of 3-5 yrs in Supply Chain in Aftermarket specially Automobiles spares / accessories.

- Experience in Aftermarket

- Experience/kknowldege in Aftermarket Sales (preferred)

- Thorough Knowledge of MS office and especially MS Excel is a must

- Experience in SAP MM- Expertise in Customer handling and good  in negotiation skills

- Good Communication  and entrepreneur Skills
