Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cycle Counter to join our team in Park City, United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system. As a Cycle Counter, you will conduct regular physical inventory counts, verify stock levels, and ensure that our records align with actual on-hand quantities. This position requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Perform accurate physical inventory counts of products and materials according to established cycle count schedules
  • Record inventory data using barcode scanning systems and inventory management software
  • Identify and document inventory discrepancies, variances, and potential issues
  • Verify product quantities, locations, and conditions during counting procedures
  • Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate any differences
  • Prepare detailed cycle count reports and documentation for management review
  • Communicate findings and discrepancies to warehouse and inventory management teams
  • Maintain organized and legible records of all counting activities
  • Follow established inventory control procedures and company policies
  • Assist in resolving inventory issues and supporting corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and barcode scanning systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and work with inventory reports and documentation
  • Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciliation tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to work independently and meet established productivity standards
  • Physical capability to perform counting tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and procedures
