Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team of Commercial product in Norman, Oklahoma. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our product strategy and driving innovation within our organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create product roadmaps
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Assist in the development and execution of product launch plans and applicable collateral
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track product success
  • Contribute to the creation of user stories and product specifications
  • Support the senior product management team in prioritizing features and managing the product backlog
  • Participate in product development processes
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation and tools
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product ideas
  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding product details

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Solid understanding of mechanical concepts
  • Basic understanding of the refrigeration cycle and HVAC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and market dynamics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating user-centric products
