To support our projects, we are looking for an organized, highly driven, and responsible individual with strong technical skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills to work closely with our consultants and analysts as well as our clients to ensure that our projects run efficiently and successfully.

Job Description

•    Coordinates and manages the administrative aspects of projects
•    Works collaboratively to develop, implement, and coordinate activities related to the project plan. Ensures project tracking (and progress reports)
•    Communicates and shares information effectively and in a timely manner with project team members and the client
•    Offers technical support for client and internal meetings (hybrid, virtual and in-person meetings)
•    Support editing of materials and developed content (proofreading, language editing, layout, etc.)
•    Produces and assembles project materials and ensures the availability of resources (supplies, etc.)
•    Provides logistical support for the coordination of events 
•    Coordinates the projects satisfaction evaluation and delivery effectiveness 
•    Provides administrative support for documentation management, reports, meeting notes, etc. 
•    Performs other related tasks for the organization
 

Qualifications

•    D.E.C in related field (Management, Administration or other) or equivalent experience
•    1-2 years of experience
•    Strong communication skills
•    Ability to work independently and in teams
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
•    Detail oriented.
•    Strong proficiency in videoconferencing platforms & tools and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint & Word essential, Excel an asset)
•    Interest in graphic design an asset
•    Fully bilingual (English essential)

Note - Open to work in person at our downtown office when needed by the team.
