The Boreala team is looking for a Data Analyst with prior experience and interest in Compensation and Human Resources.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market assessments and performing benchmarking.
  • Supporting survey data gathering and analysis.
  • Conducting general research.
  • Producing high-quality statistical analysis and reports (in Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ensuring data integrity.
  • Developing client materials (tools, templates, procedures, forms, etc.).
  • Providing support at client meetings.
  • Collaborating and supporting other analysts on various projects.
  • Performing other related tasks.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, Organizational Development or related field.
  • 2 years related experience.
  • Experience with data and survey analysis (Likert) an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience with statistical methodologies (identifying trends, utilization of the right methodologies, etc.). Development of the appropriate methodologies according to the needs and context of the mandate.
  • Ability to translate analysis into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large data sets.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigour.
  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Fully bilingual (English essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Occasional travel.
