The Boreala team is looking for an Analyst with prior experience and interest in Compensation.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the creation, development and implementation of Compensation programs and policies.
  • Conducting market assessments, performing benchmarking and evaluations, supporting pay equity assessments, and other compensation analysis.
  • Conducting general research and data analysis (including surveys).
  • Developing client materials (tools, templates, policies, procedures, forms, etc.).
  • Producing high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Providing support at client meetings.
  • Collaborating and supporting other analysts on various projects.
  • Performing other related tasks.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or Organizational Development.
  • Training in Compensation is an asset.
  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigour.
  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Fully bilingual (English essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Occasional travel.
