The Boreala team is looking for an analyst with prior experience and interest in Compensation and Human Resources.
Provide support to consultants in the field of Compensation by conducting research and analysis, and by developing materials;
Conduct benchmark evaluations, pay equity assessments, and other compensation analysis;
Conduct assessments and develop content in Human Resources and Organizational Development (ex. organizational assessments, process mapping, communications);
Produce high-quality reports and presentations;
Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies, procedures, forms, job descriptions, etc.;
Provide support at client meetings;
Participate in the organization of customer events;
Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;
Perform other related tasks.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or Organizational Development;
2 years related experience;
Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis preferred;
Excellent attention to detail;
Strong communication skills and diplomacy;
Fully bilingual (English essential);
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work independently and in teams;
