The Boreala team is looking for an analyst with prior experience and interest in Compensation and Human Resources.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to consultants in the field of Compensation by conducting research and analysis, and by developing materials;

  • Conduct benchmark evaluations, pay equity assessments, and other compensation analysis;

  • Conduct assessments and develop content in Human Resources and Organizational Development (ex. organizational assessments, process mapping, communications);

  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations;

  • Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies, procedures, forms, job descriptions, etc.;

  • Provide support at client meetings;

  • Participate in the organization of customer events;

  • Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;

  • Perform other related tasks.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management or Organizational Development;

  • 2 years related experience;

  • Advanced analytical skills, experience in data analysis preferred;

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy;

  • Fully bilingual (English essential);

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in teams;

  • Occasional travel.
