Job Description

Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Partner responsible for business development, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help design and drive our growth initiatives.  This is a dynamic role which allows for a lot of autonomy and opportunities to learn as part of a fun, collaborative team.  Along with sales and marketing responsibilities, this role also involves supporting the team on specific client projects and deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing updates to the Boreala website.
  • Monitor relevant Request for Proposal platforms for opportunities.
  • Coordinate resources in the team to develop proposals and RFP responses.
  • Manage social media platforms and drive SEO initiatives.
  • Create sales presentations and other sales materials.
  • Update and manage the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Support clients with events, campaigns, and communications.
  • Assist team members in the development of client materials.
  • Coordinate participation in tradeshows and industry events.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Management;
  • 3-4 years related sales & marketing experience;
  • Good graphic design capabilities;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in digital marketing and SEO;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Experience working with a CRM is an asset;
  • Strong collaboration skills (in person & remotely);
  • Fully bilingual;
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
