The Boreala team is looking for an Administration Associate with prior experience and interest in editing, general administration and graphics.

Job Description

To support in our continued growth, we are looking for a administrative coordinator who will not only drive forward our internal operational efforts, but also support our external clients on specific projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting research, consolidation, and clean-up of data. Summarizing results and preparing reports.
  • Supporting with survey administration, meeting minutes and other administrative tasks relating to client mandates.
  • Supporting editing of internal and external reports (includes proof-reading, language peer, graphics, etc.).
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the logistics and management of client events.
  • Providing technical support to team members in hybrid context (during meetings).
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations and Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Providing logistics support relating to office administration (inventory, coordination of suppliers, internal events, etc.).

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication (writing) skills
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a particular interest for research.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Someone who is detail oriented.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint & Word essential, Excel an asset)

Requirements

  • D.E.C in related field (Administration or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Fully bilingual
  • Note - Willingness to work at our downtown office when needed
