Job Description

To support in our continued growth, we are looking for a administrative coordinator who will not only drive forward our internal operational efforts, but also support our external clients on specific projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the partners;
  • Provide administrative support to the team of professionals (including formatting, editing, printing, etc.);
  • In collaboration with the external service provider, ensure the day-to-day coordination (and management) of the organization’s IT equipment and infrastructure;
  • Provide support with the organization’s internal human resources processes and procedures (including recruitment, onboarding and operations);
  • Manage and classify organizational documents;
  • Oversee inventory and purchasing of office supplies;
  • Ensure communications and follow up with service providers and customers (as needed);
  • Provide support to Jr. Controller for select financial processes (expense accounts);
  • Contribute, as needed, to special projects (internal and client-related) such event planning and logistics;
  • Coordinate internal projects and manage stakeholders accordingly; and,
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.


What we are looking for:

  • Post-secondary diploma in administration or other relevant field - a Bachelor's degree in administration or related field will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Problem-solver and solutions-oriented;
  • Strong collaboration skills (in person & remotely);
  • Fully bilingual;
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
