Provide support to consultants by conducting research and analysis, and by developing materials;
Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
Produce high-quality reports and presentations;
Create rigorous internal documents for clients: policies, procedures, forms, job
Conduct market studies on various Human Resources issues;
Develop communication materials;
Provide support at client meetings;
Participate in the organization of customer events;
Collaborate and support other analysts on various projects;
Perform other related tasks.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or Organizational Development;
Prior pertinent experience is an asset;
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
Strong communication skills and diplomacy;
Fully bilingual (English essential);
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work independently and in teams;

The Human Resources Analyst works with consultants, directors and other analysts and acts as a support on a variety of projects related to Organizational Development, Human Resources and Communications.
