Job Description

As a Customer Success Account Representative, you will be working with customers from the Health and Beauty industries, among others who schedule appointments. You will be responsible for converting trial period leads into paid subscribers of our booking service. Once trial customers are paid subscribers, your job will be to assist them in using our booking and communication solution. Your success in growing the book of business will be rewarded.

Job tasks

  • ­ Sale Booksy services to merchants from Health and Beauty industries
  • ­ Effectively manage large amounts of calls, e­mails, chats
  • ­ Effectively identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • ­ Contact all assigned leads and document communication
  • ­ Close deals in accordance to company policy
  • ­ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • ­ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • ­ Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and concerns
  • ­ Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service issues, bug issues or customer concerns
  • ­ Ongoing monitoring of continued customer growth by way of database and client bookings.
  • ­ Train customers over the phone on the use of our service
  • ­ Build and maintain relationships with customers to convey value of our service
  • ­ Advise customer on further usage of the app in communication and marketing.

  • ­ Has at least 1+ years of experience in sales and/or customer support
  • ­ Combines ability to close deals with empathy and patience
  • ­ Has supported customers using SaaS solutions or internet/mobile products
  • ­ Has strong communication skills
  • ­ Is coachable and eager to learn
  • ­ Has great understanding of and interest in the internet, social media and mobile platforms
  • ­ Previous experience in sales is an advantage
  • ­ Is comfortable with in person sales meetings and telephone sales
  • ­Willing to learn CRM and Zendesk and structured way of working based on KPIs
  • ­ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ­ Excellent problem solving and analyzing skills
  • ­ Must be customer­oriented and have the ability to adapt/respond to different characters
  • ­ Ability to multi­task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • ­ Teamwork orientation
