Anytime of time of day or night at your convenience from your own smartphone, with a few clicks, you can plan your visit and see the available time with your stylist and book at the optimum time. As Booksy’s Customer Success Manager you will be working with Booksy’s customers from Health and Beauty sector. You will be responsible to convert potential customers who have signed up for trial period. Once trial customers are paying your job will be to make them successful in use our booking and communication solution.
Sales of Booksy services to merchants from Health and Beauty sector on the targeted market
Presenting Booksy features, handling customer basic setup, handling first questions,
Managing the flow of Merchant trial downloads, welcome calls, follow ups,
Onboarding the Merchant to prove concept of successful trial, closing deals,taking payments, preparing workflow of Merchant bookings and customer bookings.
Ongoing monitoring of continued Merchant growth by way of database and customer bookings.
Ensuring each paying merchant is onboarded and migration complete.
Train customers at their location or over the phone
Build and maintain relation with customers by supporting customers’ into transition of their customers into new way of making bookings
Advise customer on further usage of the app in communication and marketing.
has at least +1 years of experience in sales and/or customer support
Combines ability to close deals with empathy and patience
has supported customers using SaaS solutions or internet/mobile products
has strong communication skills
you are coachable and eager to learn
has great understanding and interest into internet, social media and mobile world
having previous experience in sales is an advantage
is not afraid to speak to customers over the phone or during face to face trainings
is familiar with customer support tool (Zendesk) and structured way of working based on KPI
