Job Description
- Responsible for handling the operation of the front office.
- Should be a presentable and confident.
- Handle inbound & out bound calls.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Coordination with the administration.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
