Job Description

  • Responsible for handling the operation of the front office.
  • Should be a presentable and confident.
  • Handle inbound & out bound calls.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Coordination with the administration.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

Additional Information
