Sous Chef for production kitchen
£30,000 basic
day shifts only!
Bone Daddies is an authentic Japanese Ramen, contemporary Izakaya and Yoshoku food, each in renowned chef Ross Shonhan’s unique style. We are looking for an experienced sous chef / assistant production manager to join our production kitchen in Bermondsey.
Here is where we produce all the ingredient for our restaurants across London, so the ideal sous chef will have experience in volume cooking and working to tight tight timelines. Ideally you would be coming from a contract catering or hotel background. The ideal sous chef will also have experience running a large team and love training their chefs!
The role for sous chef:
- 6.30am-4.30pm
- 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota
- Working under the Production Director
- Up to £30,000
- Staff food on shift
