Job Description

Bommarito Performance Systems is currently seeking a qualified Director of Social Media-Marketing / Business Administrator to drive success in our two South Florida training facilities

You will provide high-level administrative and customer service support to both clients and staff. Utilize your attention to detail and organizational skills to support day-to-day club facility operation, from daily reconciliation to promptly responding to the needs of clients and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee, hire, and manage business/marketing/social media interns.
  • Manage and oversee marketing / social media calendars and branding efforts.
  • Coordinate efforts with professional videographer and professional marketing firm with paid ads.
  • Provide customer service to clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Execute pro athlete contracts for Davie facility and organize into finical software (Mindbody) and associated Google Sheets
  • Reconcile weekly coaching schedules into scheduling (Mindbody) software; provide support on Payroll time sheets
  • Assist Operations with weekly Accounts Receivable reports
  • Maintain office equipment and orders necessary office supplies; organize and maintain files; prepare outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Process purchase orders for all departments and research/correct outstanding purchase order discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with all management on all related tasks - social media, marketing, branding, operations, client relations.
  • Oversee all paid interns on facility management duties.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • 1-2 years budget reconciliation or accounting experience; and/or basic financial software (preferably Mindbody)
  • 1-2 years computer operation, phone and receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google sheets preferred
  • Experience providing administrative support to a department preferred

Additional Information

This position will primarily be in the Davie, FL location.  Some responsibilities may require travel to the North Miami location.
