Mela Therapeutics is dedicated to providing the highest level of massage, bodywork, and Greg Roskopf's Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT).  Mela is the industry leader in professionalism, the continued education of therapists, and in the development of sessions based on the customer’s needs. Mela is one part of a multi-disciplinary approach to health, wellness, and optimal athletic performance.  As the Directors of the Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy department in the Bommarito Medical System, they coordinate with other experts that aid all clients in achieving their goals. The in-depth assessments and individualized treatments offered has transformed the entire Mela system to be THE preferred provider for many professional athletes, collegiate teams, and business professionals.

Mela Therapeutics, as part of the Bommarito Medical System, is looking for Massage Therapy interns to be a part of the Elite Professional Athlete program that runs January to March.  As part of this unique system, you will learn the advanced techniques that apply to NFL Athletes and players preparing for the NFL Draft.  You will get direct education and knowledge on the Mela protocols that proven success with some of the best athletes in the world.  In addition, you will learn the unique Bommarito "multi-disciplinary approach" of how Massage Therapy coordinates with the other medical entities (Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Athletic Training, etc.); AND coordinates directly with the Bommarito Sports Performance Coaches.

Licensed Massage Therapist; or working towards a Massage Certification; or presently in a Massage Therapy school.

Internships available in both the Miami and Davie (Ft. Lauderdale) locations!  Additional information on what we are looking for:
