Kazi & Kazi Tea Estate (KKTE) is the first internationally certified organic tea started its journey in 2000 & entered local market in 2006. The garden is located at very northern region- Panchagarh and the packaging & sales unit is located at Ramchandrapur, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

We are looking for high-performing Corporate Sales personnel who have worked in the corporate business sector and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Those who are experienced and have enough skill of the corporate sales sector are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- Make sales plan as per given sales target, target needs to be achieved focusing on corporate business.
- Communicating with clients for developing business (including field visits)
- Excellent presentation skills and Presenting Product & Sales services to clients using PPT, Brochure, e-mail, and phone calls.
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Providing weekly/monthly sales report
- Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and developing new business opportunities.
- To ensure timely collection of dues as per company guideline.
- Provide after-sales service to the existing customers and need to organize promotional initiatives to attract the customers.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance.
- Maintain a very good atmosphere and coordination with different Departments.
- Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
- Age limit maximum 30 years.
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Highly experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Good interpersonal skills and Basic arithmetic skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4/5 Years of experience in Corporate Sales

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any UGC approve institute.
