Organikare is looking for experienced and passionate Brand & Marketing Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager, who has practical experience in Cosmetics or FMCG Sector. He should be able to design marketing activities to expand current market ensuring company’s objectives.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy. This includes planning all Above The Line (ATL), Below The Line (BTL), and Through The Line (TTL) activities.
- Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the overall strategy.
- Be creative and generate new ideas and concepts.
- Manage special projects related to product development and create the launch plan for the brand.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends and predict future trends.
- Support the corporate team with requests related to packaging materials and the purchase of packaging goods, promotional materials, or services, ensuring they meet specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Plan and implement various types of brand activation programs.
- Coordinate with advertising and research agencies, as well as consultants, to develop suitable brand initiatives and position the brand in alignment with its identity.
- Collaborate with advertising and media experts for media buying and to improve marketing results.
- Work with the internal team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Organize and implement consumer and trade promotional activities.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the brand's focus and positioning are maintained across all media, PR activities, and points of sale (POS) locations.
- Analyze marketing activations and campaigns, preparing detailed reports after the execution of activities.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital) and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including vendors, suppliers, dealers, and retailers.
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and other media partners.
- Possess extensive knowledge of advertising, promoting products, and strengthening the organization’s brand through digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, as well as establish vendor enlistment and its processes.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in brand and marketing within the skincare, household products, or FMCG sector.
 

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing,
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will get preference.

 

Additional Information
