Position: Research Associate Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Research Associate (Intern) to join our team. As a Research Associate intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research and development initiatives. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Marketing, and other business administration fields.)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, STATA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for research and a keen interest in HR-Tech and recruitment processes.

Job Location: Remote

Work Hours: 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Positions Available: 1

Salary Range: 7,000-15,000 BDT/milestone

There are a total of 4 milestones in this project.
