Job Description

As a Customer Advocate, you will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients’ products and services. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling the issues of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner. 

Qualifications

At least high school graduate and of legal age.

Entry level to a year of customer service experience from any industry in any channel

Excellent reading comprehension, and verbal and writing skills 

Good phone contact handling skills

Basic understanding of common Customer Experience best practices

Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications 

Ability to understand new ideas, processes, and knowledge

Adaptability to changes and updates to the products and processes

Ability to replicate issues and bugs based on standard operating procedures
