TeamLogic IT is locally owned and based in Worthington, but part of a nationwide network of Managed IT service companies focused on servicing small and medium size businesses in Central Ohio. Our offers include IT infrastructure management, networking and security, back up data and recovery, and e-mail services, as well as hardware and software support. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and we are looking for a full-time IT Managed Services Professional to help create and develop new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach. 

We are dedicated to helping our clients and prospects more effectively grow their business. We do this by acting as a trusted adviser which allows our clients to concentrate on building their own business without having to worry about their technology. Our unique, proactive and comprehensive support model gives us a competitive advantage in the market. In addition, you will be among the first to learn to sell cutting edge cloud and other IT managed services. Opportunity for up to $130K total with base and commission.

Job Description

We are seeking a team member who has a minimum of five years of experience with a successful track record in outside sales of technology or managed services in the Columbus, Ohio market. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Your strengths should include:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective relationships.

• Ability to overcome objections with persuasion and persistence.

• Proven ability to “hunt” (cold call).

• Client-focused, demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction. 

• Ability to interface with team members and coordinate efforts of project completion.

• Strong sense of urgency, staying focused under pressure.

• Detail oriented.

• A strong network of small to medium sized businesses in Central Ohio is ideal.

• Ability and desire to learn new things.

• Reliable transportation in order to conduct sales calls.  

Qualifications

Your credentials and experience should include:

• Five to Ten years sales experience in calling on small and medium sized businesses.  

• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred.

• Ability to work with little guidance on a day-to-day basis, with the understanding that you will be accountable for quotas concerning demand for reporting and review of company’s books. 

Additional Information

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position is physically located in central Ohio and no relocation is offered.
