Job Description

Bold is looking to hire an Account Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate would have good sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable building and optimizing new sales processes and have the ability to budget their resources to meet the assigned quota.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain distribution pipelines to meet or exceed weekly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas on a regular basis.

  • Posting sales and purchase transactions, prepare listing for goods received confirmation from Intercompany

  • Maintain a high degree of awareness of company goods and target industries to promote sales efforts.

  • Practice efficient, excellent contact with management, clients and support staff.

  • Demonstrate a track record of success in bringing in new customers, exceeding quotas, and maximizing revenue.

  • Use your interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and customers effectively, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about our product.

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail

  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions 

  • Relationship building skills and able to remain calm under pressure essential

  • Comfortable with technology
