Job Description

  • Assist with answering incoming calls to the Customer Care Department.
  • Assist Customer Care Team with office help (i.e., faxing, scanning, copying etc.).
  • Manage and follow up on work orders submitted on online web form.
  • Retrieve and document quality issues from customers
  • Help solve customer issues regarding damages and repairs
  • Call and schedule customer orders
  • Control timely delivery of customer orders and Showroom Displays.

Qualifications

  • Logistics experience preferred
  • Must be extremely organized and be able to multitask
  • Keep fellow team members on track and on schedule
  • Must be a problem solver and a team player
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A diligent work ethic is a must
  • Recent/extensive IT Customer Support Help Desk Tier experience is a big plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is a must
