•Prior retail experience (furniture or home décor experience is a plus)

•College degree (BA in Design is a plus)

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

•Must be able to work on the weekend

•Enthusiasm and desire to learn

•Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings

• Provide the highest level of customer service

• Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business

• Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center

• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence

• Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts
