Particular the Region of Florida is growing very fast with multiple upcoming stores. within next 12 months. Currently we have 3 stores and opening 4th store in first week of April
Job Description
As a manager you will have two other accountants who you will oversee to ensure everything is in compliance and delivered in a timely manner for all our Florida stores
Below is a simple breakdown of main responsibilities
Accountant
1. Deliver financial reports , P/L & Balance sheets within expected deadlines
2. deliver Quarterly Compliance report to HQ
3. Reconciliation of statements, bank accounts credit card, cash & checks
4. Enter Journals for bank transactions
5. Ensure we are in compliance with all permits , license and tax purposes
HR
1. new hiring , onboarding & training
2. payroll reporting
3. Coordinate team activities
Financial responsibilities
1. Review invoices and execute payments
2. cash flow reports
3. Provide with monthly & Quarterly reports
Qualifications
Experienced in using Excel
customer service oriented - take ownership, execute fast, a great communicator
Detail oriented , punctual & efficient
