People Trainee

A successful People Trainee combines an interest in human relationships with technology, learning and a willingness to put their technical knowledge into practice.

The job will require you to

• Support in the human resources strategy and policies development;
• Support in the employer branding and talent attraction;
• Participation in recruitment and selection processes;
• Implementation onboarding and mentoring processes;
• Update job descriptions for all employees;
• Ensure the administrative processes improvement;
• Guarantee the necessary materials and equipment for all employees.

The ideal candidate

• Degree's in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or similar areas;
• Eligible for IEFP internship;
• Interest in interpersonal relationships;
• Excellent communication and soft skills;
• We value an entrepreneurial attitude, with determination and positivity;

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
