Job Description

Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
Communicate to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
Manage a team of SEO Specialist
Perform technical SEO Audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis on a clients website, identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Monitor and evaluate web analytical tools, dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.
Stay up to date on latest search engine algorithms update/changes & SEO trends
Develop and implement link building campaign
Coordinate with other departments as Content, Web development Social Media, Sales, etc.
Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams

5+ years of experience as SEO/Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar role
Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Technical SEO, Local, National & International SEO & Advanced link building.
Experience working with industry tools like Google keyword planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google search console, Screaming frog etc..
Experience working with CMS and building content in multiple CMS environments
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Experience working with International Clients including Australia, US & UK
Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
Effectively provides specialized technical guidance to others across the organization
Team player, strong work ethic and comfort with working fast-paced demanding environment
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
