Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Time management, able to work independently and efficiently
- Able to work in team & handle different tasks
Qualifications
- School leavers / SPM / STPM or above level in any field
- Candidates with experience in related field will be an additional advantage
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Professionals.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
