Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Time management, able to work independently and efficiently
  • Able to work in team & handle different tasks

Qualifications

  • School leavers / SPM / STPM or above level in any field
  • Candidates with experience in related field will be an additional advantage
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Professionals.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
