Job Description

As Blueprint’s Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in defining, developing, and scaling our marketing strategy. We’re looking for an up-and-comer who thrives as a player-coach and is passionate about reinventing mental health care.

You’ll wear a bunch of hats in this role, but your overarching objective will be to generate qualified pipeline through a combination of short and long-term initiatives.

At Blueprint, we are creating a new category around data-driven mental health care, so your job will be equal parts capturing demand that already exists (short-term) and creating new demand by helping to build a movement around data-driven mental health care (long-term).

You’ll likely accomplish this by focusing on a few key areas:

  1. Messaging: You’ll own how we describe Blueprint, closely crafting each word on our website and marketing materials to ensure prospects immediately understand what we do and why it’s worth their time.
  2. Content & Community: Therapists are a tight-knit community. They lean on peers and colleagues heavily when considering new solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on building up a community of clinicians passionate about data-driven mental health care and producing high-quality content for this community to help make Blueprint the new normal amongst practitioners.
  3. Paid Acquisition: We currently work with an external agency to run digital ads on Google and LinkedIn. You’ll oversee this strategy, ensure it’s well-aligned to our content and messaging, and look to scale spend responsibly, keeping a close eye on the data and key metrics such as ROAS, CAC Payback, and more.


  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
  • You've been in a role marketing a solution with an ACV between $10K and $100K
  • Experience working in an early-stage (Seed/Series A) venture-backed startup
  • You're a strong writer and find value in organizing your thoughts through the process of writing them down
  • You're data-driven and have an analytical mindset
  • You're scrappy, willing to role your sleeves up, and have a "whatever it takes" mentality!
