About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Coordinator to join our Napier team.
As the Coordinator, you will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and delivery. You'll work with a wide range of people, build strong relationships, and help create great outcomes for our customers.

What success looks like in this role
- Customers receive timely support and clear communication, with issues resolved professionally and efficiently.
- Jobs are coordinated effectively, ensuring field teams and contractors have the information and resources they need to deliver on time.
- Workflows are well managed, with jobs monitored through to completion and delivery targets achieved.
- Strong relationships are built with customers, contractors, field teams, and key stakeholders.
- Invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, and administrative activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working are identified and supported.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering great service. You will ideally bring:
- Experience in customer service, coordination, administration, scheduling, or operational support.
- A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, with experience using ERP or operational systems advantageous.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
