About the role 

Help shape the future of how we support our people and leaders at Bluecurrent. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced P&C Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with executive and their teams across NZ and AU to shape business outcomes through people decisions.

  • People insights and data are used to guide decisions and improve business and employee outcomes. 
  • You contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver for people and the business.  

What you’ll bring 

We’re looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner who brings strong people expertise and enjoys working collaboratively to drive positive outcomes. You will ideally bring: 

  • Experience working as a P&C / HR Business Partner in a complex environment. 
  • Strong working knowledge of employment relations and people practices in New Zealand and/or Australia.  
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, coach, influence, and build capability. 
  • Experience supporting and delivering organisational design, workforce planning, business change initiatives and or M&A activity.  
  • Experience supporting the employee lifecycle and people processes. 
  • Industrial relations experience, including working with unions, collective agreements, and bargaining processes (not essential). 
  • An analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
