About the role  

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Delivery Representative to join our supportive and collaborative team in Avondale. 

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day operations - supporting your team, helping resolve issues, and making sure work flows smoothly from start to finish.   

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Respond to and resolve customer and internal queries in a timely and professional way. 
  • Coordinate and manage incoming tasks, making sure they are assigned and completed on time. 
  • Collaborate closely with team members to keep workflows running smoothly. 
  • Proactively identify and investigate issues, helping to find solutions 
  • Escalate more complex issues when needed, ensuring they are resolved effectively. 

What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating and being part of a team that makes things happen. You’ll ideally bring: 

  • Experience in customer service or a call centre and administration environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Experience using systems and tools (e.g. Outlook, Excel etc) 
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks.  
  • A problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement mindset
