About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administration and customer service background to join our innovative and delivery-focused team as a Market Fulfilment Specialist, supporting our Australian business.

In this role, you’ll manage processes and market transactions, support customers with queries, and work closely with teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes that support our Australian market operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process tasks and market transactions accurately and on time.
  • Customers receive clear, timely, and effective support with queries.
  • Workflows are well managed, with deadlines met and priorities effectively balanced.
  • Records and documentation are maintained to a high standard, supporting accuracy and compliance.
  • You build strong relationships across the team, collaborating effectively to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, transactions, and risks.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and enjoys working as part of a team.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and improve processes
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well with others
  • Energy Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the operations of the energy market, such as its regulatory environment and transaction processes, is preferred but not required.
