Do you want to help make a difference and deliver for Bluecurrent customers? We have an exciting opportunity to join the supportive and collaborative Remote Services team as an Administrator. In this role, you will support and deliver excellent customer service to Bluecurrent customers within the required SLA ‘s.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage queries from retailers regarding remote services, systems, data bases and suppled services.
- Ensure accurate capturing of remote services processes and identify systems or manual gaps.
- Ensure data quality of databases are maintained and assist with resolved discrepancies and correcting discrepancies in data bases as required
- Inbox and workflow monitoring
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and effective problem-solving, supported by strong customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You are good at learning new systems and databases and have proficiency in Excel. Additionally, you exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities and focus on ongoing improvement enable you to identify issues and drive meaningful change to enhance customer delivery.
