About the Role

Do you have previous experience collaborating with stakeholders, leading high-impact projects and ensuring that solutions deliver real, measurable value? We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join the dynamic delivery team. 

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by leading requirements gathering, driving process improvements and championing change adoption. 

Key responsibilities include:  

• Lead the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements, translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. 
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. 
• Identify and pursue opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation throughout the organisation. 
• Perform cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and contribute to the development of business cases to support informed decision-making. 
• Produce high-quality artefacts such as business and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data flows, and decision papers. 
• Support business change, process improvements, training, and adoption activities to facilitate a smooth transition and maximise the impact of new solutions. 

What we are looking for 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will ideally bring 7 to 10 years IT business analysis experience, with exposure to large scale complex initiatives. You will demonstrate strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills when collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, effectively balancing attention to detail with strategic thinking. 

You will bring a commitment to continuous improvement, and a solutions-oriented approach, facilitating the identification of opportunities for increased efficiency, automation and innovation. Additionally, your expertise with BA tools and methodologies will support the creation of high-quality documentation and processes.
