Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant / Assistant Manager to provide dedicated support to the Chairman of the construction company.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and C-level executives, key stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with high-level individuals and organizations.
  • Assist with communications, including drafting and reviewing emails, reports, and documents on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
  • Attend meetings alongside the Chairman, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in research, presentations, and reports as needed, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared for meetings and public appearances.
  • Proactively identify areas where additional support is needed and offer solutions to streamline processes.
  • Manage special projects and ensure timely execution of tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Assistant Manager supporting senior executives, preferably within a high-profile organization.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the Chairman’s schedule, including potential travel and availability during off-hours when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and other high-profile individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
