We are looking for experienced NodeJS developers to work as part of an agile team.

Multiple open positions as we setup new offshore scrum teams. Selected applicants will be placed in Engineer, Senior Engineer & Lead Engineer roles depending on the qualifications and experience level.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation and on-going enhancements of digital products and enhancing the digital experience
• Have a strong and continuously evolving technical mastery of RESTful API development focused on Node.js
• Hands-on programming, participating in design sessions, code reviews, system testing during various phases of development, follow best industry practices and publish API documentation
• Design APIs, develop shippable code, documentation and unit test new features for digital products
• Works with fellow API Developers, Team Leads, Architects to deliver features through the creation of re-usable RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with Quality, Product and Cloud Engineering teams to keep digital assets fully functional, secure and up to date with business needs

• Backend Services / API Developer skilled in programming server-side javascript running on Nodejs Runtime
• Must demonstrate strong skills in Javascript, Express.Js, Webpack and OAuth
• Experience in cross-platform development with strong knowledge on Node.js
• Knowledge of Micro services and respective architecture design principles and scalability best practices
• Experience with Open-Source work management tools JIRA, Jenkins, and GitHub
• Ability to work in an Agile / SCRUM environment
• Self-directed with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset
