Role: Java developer
Location: Las vegas, Nevada
Duration: Long term contract

The Java Core software engineer role is responsible for developing and maintaining the SYNKROS Interface Software called SYNKROS Integration Layer or SIL for short.
The software has a core framework which has optional run-time connection plug-ins which allow certain feature sets to be enabled.
We are looking for someone with experience with most of these:
- REST
- XML
- JSON
- Jetty
- Multi-threading
- Server-side/Embedded (not GUI)
- Linux
- Sockets, Tcp/Udp
- Experienced with reviewing protocols and writing and developing specifications
- Experienced with reviewing specifications and writing them as needed
