Job Description

Come join our Team!  We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide support in a variety of areas to include Manufacturing, Human Resources, Safety and Finance in a fast-paced environment. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Greet visitors and screen incoming phones calls.
  • Ensure PPE is available for visitors and put away after use. 
  • Update communications on tv monitors and bulletin boards throughout the office and manufacturing areas.
  • Distribute mail daily. 
  • Assist in recruitment, job fairs, greeting interviews and any other activity needed throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding, locker assignments and pictures for employee board.
  • Assist employees with benefit elections and monthly benefit verifications.
  • Support Vendor management programs to include uniforms, vending services, Safety Boot Program and Office Supplies.
  • Assist with employee welfare programs and coordinating onsite engagement events. 
  • Maintain Scrap Log by matching individual load tickets to the consolidated Scrap Resources Report.
  • Create, track and maintain all badges for doors and time clocks.
  • Administer and track Maintenance programs.  
  • Create safety orientation packets.
  • Update training spreadsheets.
  • Schedule monthly meetings.
  • Entries in new HRIS system to possibly include payroll and other HR items.
  • Perform miscellaneous filing for HR, Finance and Safety.
  • Other such duties as may be assigned. 

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • High degree of judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.
