ASC Profiles LLC is the leading manufacturer of steel roof and wall products and structural roof and floor deck in the Western U.S., servicing customers from six locations. ASC Profiles services various segments of the steel construction industry through its three divisions, AEP Span, ASC Steel Deck and ASC Building Products.
Steelscape, LLC is a national supplier of metallic-coated and pre-painted steel. Aimed at servicing the construction industry, Steelscape’s products can be used for a wide range of applications from metal buildings to architectural roofing to decking and framing. Steelscape’s facilities, located in Kalama, Washington; and Rancho Cucamonga, California are strategically located near major truck, ship and rail routes to service the Western U.S. market.
Job Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning leader to implement and manage the Sales and Operations planning process for Coated Products North America. The core functions of the position include strategic and tactical decision-making related to balancing demand and supply; aligns volume and mix with capacity and capability; and integrates financial and operating plans within strategic objectives to deliver improved operating and financial results.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Conceptualize and execute the strategic vision; Author and implement scalable and tactical strategies for the continuous improvement of supply planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting, enterprise S&OP, and S&OE. Identify root causes and re-engineer processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies.
- Provide leadership and governance over the Supply Chain and S&OP/ Master Data function. Develop, implement, train & lead S&OP strategy for the business. Leading monthly Executive S&OP review. Serve as a bridge, leading a 5-stage S&OP process, including key stakeholders, for better cross-functional alignment, improved decision making, forecast accuracy & providing visibility to future demand. Conduct S&OP workshops & surveys.
- Benchmark industry best practices to continuously improve the digital adoption for the Supply Chain Team. Select & implemented a statistical tool to support forecasting and S&OP process, improved productivity for employees and forecast accuracy
- Create road maps and KPIs, monitoring and managing performance, to ensure that forecast accuracy, cost optimization, inventory, and customer service targets are achieved.
- Implemented monthly financial integration (Step 4 of S&OP) to align to “One Number.”
- Lead team in the development & implementation of product hierarchies and manage contract manufacturers.
- Implement rough-cut capacity for CPNA plants in North America, identifying and mitigating constraints.
- Experience operating and communicating at the senior and executive levels internally and externally and managing interdepartmental processes
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field
- 5+ years’ experience of managing and developing a team
- 10 years of experience in Global Supply Chain
- Implementation and Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning
- ERP experience and planning tool experience such as Kinaxis
- Extensive hands-on experience in an operations role with a proven track record in managing supply chains and manufacturing organizations, with a minimum annual budget of $500 million
- Possess a strong financial acumen, ability to read P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and make decisions based on those financial statements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance teams, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence
Preferred qualifications:
- Masters degree in STEM or related field
- Deep competence and experience w/LEAN, Six Sigma and driving cost and optimization projects
- APICS certification is strongly preferred
- CSCP certification preferred

This role is eligible to be based remotely in the states where we do business.

Pay Range: $155,706 - $233,560 annually.
