Steelscape, LLC is a national supplier of metallic-coated and pre-painted steel. Aimed at servicing the construction industry, Steelscape’s products can be used for a wide range of applications from metal buildings to architectural roofing to decking and framing. Steelscape’s facilities, located in Kalama, Washington; and Rancho Cucamonga, California are strategically located near major truck, ship and rail routes to service the Western U.S. market.

ASC Profiles LLC is the leading manufacturer of steel roof and wall products and structural roof and floor deck in the Western U.S., servicing customers from six locations. ASC Profiles services various segments of the steel construction industry through its three divisions, AEP Span, ASC Steel Deck and ASC Building Products.

The Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) department is responsible for the business technology (architecture, hardware, software, services, and networking), to securely support business operations, decisions, and growth.  The IS&T department also leads technology decisions, contributes to digital innovation, and engages NA IT Shared Services to provide end-user support.

The IT Data Analytics Manager drives data architecture, data governance, BI standardization, data analytics, and collaborates with the business analytics team.  This role also has both direct and indirect people management responsibilities.

This is a hybrid role that can also be based out of our West Sacramento and Rancho Cucamonga, CA locations.

Primary Duties:

• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources including the planning of IT team members’ duties
• Provide thought leadership to the strategic use of data for business intelligence
• Drive data related initiatives and participate as a technical contributor to broader business projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with business analytics analysts to drive best practices and standardization
• Define and review data architecture and opportunities
• Ensure and define data governance for business systems
• Research and recommend new data analytics solutions to meet business needs

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Master’s degree preferred in CS, or related field, and/or commensurate years of experience
• 5-10 years of experience working in technology leadership capacity
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data architecture
• 3+ years of experience in data governance

Preferred:

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Extensive experience in data warehousing, data lakes

Pay Range:

$133,400 - $200,100 annually
