Summary: The duties and responsibilities of a parts clerk include receiving materials and parts into the facility, recording data in the company database, maintaining inventory records, and dispensing the parts and materials to other workers and operations in the company. Parts clerks also monitor, and re-order spare parts and consumables as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare all necessary documentation such as: bill of ladings, packing lists, customer invoices, and work orders.
• Review re-order report accuracy and order inventory items as needed.
• Cycle count inventory, stock inventory, pull service kits. 
• Run reports to help maintain proper inventory item statuses and levels.
• Cleaning and maintaining the parts and toll room areas. 
• Follow dress code and compliance of proper PPE at all times. 
• Collaborate and work well in a team environment. 
• Work independently in the absence of direct supervision. 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Education or GED
• Math, Computer, and Communication Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work efficiently
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
