The Brand Direct Region works with Butler Builders, end customers, corporate accounts, and outside architectural firms on complex projects.

The Manager, Direct Region is responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies that will achieve the financial goals of the Brand Direct Region, including revenue, shipped tons, market share, order entry, margins, and YOY growth. They manage our largest and most complex projects and relationships. This department and manager is also responsible for the execution and project management of Butler’s international projects and all of the work with Costco.

• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic plans to improve performance KPIs for Butler Direct Region
• Nurture existing business relationships and build new ones to grow the business profitability using 80/20 and a targeted effort.
• Hire, retain, and develop the Butler Direct Region so the department is prepared for tomorrow’s growth.
• Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of Butler Direct Region
• Develop, measure, and improve internal processes for maximum productivity and efficiency across the department
• Oversee large projects
• Find ways to provide better service to our customers while reducing costs

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• MBA or master’s degree
• Experience in the industry
• Experience managing large corporate retail accounts (i.e. Home Depot, Costco)
• A degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
