The Finance department ensures the company’s leadership team is provided with timely, high quality and accurate financial information and advice regarding actual, forecasted and budgeted results. This information is critical to support business decisions via identification and analysis of key business drivers and evaluation of cost/benefit analysis and business improvement options. 

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Conventional Steel Services group within BBNA.  This person will be a key partner to the General Manager, Conventional and the entire leadership team. The Senior Financial Analyst will help drive growth in this division and track targeted initiative growth through KPIs.

Primary duties include:

• Ensure the monthly reporting of financial results of a region(s), and provide advice regarding actual, forecast and budgeted results
• Providing support to the Brand and Regional Operations, Sales and Marketing and Customer Service teams enabling the achievement of financial goals and identifying opportunities to extract additional value and reduce business complexity
• Deliver continuous improvement in the quality of the management and financial reporting systems and outputs for the Brand/Region with particular emphasis on improving data integrity and timeliness
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements (compliant to international accounting standards) for an assigned region(s)
• Support the increased safety focus and improved performance for the Regional businesses
• Improve stewardship of the brand/regional business assets by ensuring adequate controls and adherence to policies and standards
• Ensure adherence to the regional Delegation of Authority

Minimum:

• Accounting or Finance degree
• 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• CPA certification
• MBA degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Construction and Manufacturing Operations experience
