• Comply with all safety and environmental policies and contribute to the company's Zero Harm commitment.
• Plan and build loads of materials and products onto staging areas for flatbed trailers to ensure safe over-the-road transportation.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and correct action activities.
• Perform housekeeping, 5-S and other duties as assigned

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or attain ACT WorkKeys Assessment at certified job profile sill level.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training
• Strong safety focus
• Able to calculate and analyze best fit for trailer loads
• Basic computer skills
• Time management - prioritizing work to meet internal and/or external customer demands
• Detail oriented - ensures accuracy of product and documentation to meet internal and/or external customer demands
• Good communication Skills
• Excellent mobile equipment operations skills

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience operating mobile equipment to load flatbed trailers for over-the-road transportation
• Mobile equipment certification and/or CDL license
